Once logged in, the admin/editor can create and edit pages on their website. At the top of your homepage, you should be able to see the admin toolbar, allowing you to make quick edits to your site. Please note, the toolbar will not be visible if you are logged out.
In order to add a new page, please hover over the [+] icon. You should see a drop-down menu with the following options:
In order to create a new page, please select ‘Page’ from the drop-down menu. You will be automatically redirected to the admin section. From here, you can start drafting your new page from scratch. Start by giving your page a title and allocating a parent page (if there is one).
You can then start adding content to your page. Wordpress allows you to add text, images, videos, links and buttons to individual pages. You can format your text in a similar way, as you would in a text editor such as Word. You can add headings and new paragraphs, highlight important keywords and phrases in bold or italic, change text alignment, add bullet points etc.
