Websites often get spam registrations, i.e. spurious sign ups with odd-looking email addresses or personal details. These aren't usually malicious, but can be a pain.
Today we added a product called Mollom to your PracticeWEB site to reduce this kind of activity. (You may already have it as part of our early testing phase).
You might have seen an increase in spam registrations at some point in the last day while we were removing your old “Captcha” and replacing it with Mollom. If you did, this should have stopped.
While Mollom learns over time and refers to a huge global database of known spammers to stop them from bothering you, no system is perfect and you might still see the odd spam registration from time to time.
